Practice talking to your body as it is designed to heal itself given the right conditions.

So, feed it well. Give it quality sleep. Meditate on the promises of God and the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Give it some sunshine and physical activity.
 
Speak to your body:
My body you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Maintain every organ in you to function in the perfection God created it to function.

I love you my body because you are obedient to me. Listen to God’s Word. The Word of God is flowing in my bloodstream. It flows to every cell of my body, restoring and transforming you.

God’s Word has become my flesh; for He sent His Word and healed me. (Ps 107:20 )
God’s Word is manifest in you right now building only the needed useful cells. ( Luke 17:6; Mark 11:23.)
You are creating new wonderful stem cells. You are replacing all the damaged cells, eliminating them right now. 
 
My heartbeat, you are normal. You beat with the rhythm of life, carrying the life of God throughout my body restoring LIFE AND HEALTH ABUNDANTLY.” (John 10:10)

 “My heart you are strong and healthy. Every heartbeat floods my body with life and cleansing and maintaining my Devine life. ( Ex. 23:25)

 Every cell of my body is amazing and outstandingly healthy in Jesus’ Name.” (Rom. 8:2)

My blood, you flow to every cell of my body restoring life and health abundantly.” (Prov. 12:14 )

“My blood pressure you are 120 over 80. The life of God flows in my blood and cleanses my arteries of all matter making them pertain to life.”

The spirit and life of God’s Word flows in me right now, building my phenomenal immune system ( Prov. 4:20- 23 )

My body is well maintained, healed, whole and healthy.
